The town of Katsunuma in Japan's Yamanashi prefecture is known for its delicious grapes. The area produced the first wine in Japan over 130 years ago and from then on adopted
wine-making as its local industry. Senior citizens here have formed a small cooperative to produce wine for themselves using traditional methods that prove to be good for the community and environment.
