A unique way to relieve your daily stress is developed in Japan. It is called "Forest therapy". You are to walk in the forest and take in all the sounds and smell the forests have to offer. At the end of the day, your stress level is down and your immune system goes up. NHK's Ginger Vaughn took a trip to experience this therapeutic treatment in the forest.
